Ewing Foundation is delighted to sponsor the Manchester Centre for Audiology and Deafness (ManCAD)’s Clinical Audiology Papers (CAPers) conference taking place at the Contact theatre in Manchester on Thursday 10th and Friday 11th September 2026.
Titled Audiology in a Diverse World, this special event explores the sector today: ‘Audiology can’t afford to take a one-size-fits-all approach from different ages and cultures to languages and lived experiences, understanding what shapes hearing needs is key to delivering truly inclusive, person-centred care that makes a real difference.’
The 2026 edition of the ManCAD CAPers Conference will showcase the latest research driving this shift, alongside critical discussions on clinical needs and the growing evidence for personalised approaches to auditory rehabilitation.
Researchers, audiologists, early career scientists, and students with an interest in clinical audiology are encouraged to attend. There will be submitted and invited presentations, a panel discussion with members of local minority communities, and an evening poster session.
