Ewing on tour

Look out for us at these sector events this autumn:

The British Cochlear Implant Group’s 3rd Annual Rehabilitation Conference for Deafness and Hearing Loss in Manchester on 17th October. Hosted by the Manchester Cochlear Implant programme, this conference aims to explore the diverse factors influencing performance outcomes for both children and adults using hearing aids and cochlear implants. The event will explore effective interventions, highlight current research, and provide an overview of resources available to support professionals in optimising care for individuals with hearing impairments. Find out more.

BATOD North’s Study Day in Huddersfield on 17th October. The day will feature a range of workshops focusing on the education of deaf children and young people, including a presentation from Sound Waves Foundation, a charity supported by our partner Ovingdean Hall Foundation. Find out more.

Deaf Education in Birmingham on 25th October. During this one-day conference, two of our Technology Consultants will be delivering a workshop on the Aurical HiT test box. They will demonstrate how to set up the test box, obtain gain curves, use comparison mode, and show how to test radio aid and hearing aid systems together. They will also share useful tips throughout their workshop. Our Education Advisors will be welcoming delegates to our stand.

If you are attending any of these events, please visit our exhibition stand and find out how we can support you and your work with deaf children and young people. We offer a range of training tailored to your needs and budget, free bite-size learning sessions and hearing technology services. We’ll also have chocolates and other goodies to share with you! We look forward to meeting you.
